A spacious downstairs guest bedroom with dressing room and full ensuite bathroom and a separate guest bathroom. The downstairs also has a separate TV lounge
Upstairs a master bedroom with water views, dressing room and full ensuite bathroom. A further two bedroom both with water views and ensuite bathrooms are also located upstairs
All bedrooms have king size extra length beds and TV’s in the bedrooms.
The house has an inverter and solar panels so guests will not be affected by loadshedding.
